What is the stadium capacity?

On opening day our seating capacity will be 22,500. Our stadium is designed and built in such a way that there is room to add seating in the future.

When will the stadium’s construction be complete?

The estimated stadium completion date is summer of 2022. The playing field is estimated to be ready by fall of 2022.

When will the stadium open to the public?

At this point, the first known public event at the stadium will be St. Louis CITY SC’s inaugural MLS game in the spring of 2023.

Who owns the stadium?

The stadium’s ownership group is 100% local, with majority ownership led by the Taylor family of St. Louis.

How many MLS games will the stadium host each year?

We are expected to host 17 home MLS games each season, plus 3 exhibition games – and hopefully many playoff games!

Will the stadium only be used for soccer?

No. Our stadium will be home to concerts, community events, youth, high school and college tournaments, corporate events and private gatherings.

How does a ticket deposit work?

A season ticket deposit reserves your place in line to purchase available season tickets for the St. Louis CITY SC inaugural season in 2023.

Does placing a deposit guarantee that I will be able to purchase season tickets?

No, we expect to sell out of season tickets. Not everyone that places a deposit will have the ability to purchase season tickets.

How much are season ticket deposits?

$50 per account for Supporter Sections
$50 per account for Reserved Seating
$100 per account for Premium Seating
$2,500 per account for Suites

What if I am interested in a suite?

The cost of a suite deposit is $2,500 per account. If you have questions please contact us.

How many deposits do I need to place?

Only one deposit is required per account, regardless of the number of season tickets that you want. When you place your deposit, you’ll be asked how many seats you anticipate purchasing, up to a maximum of 8. For example, if you wish to buy 4 season tickets in Reserved Seating, your deposit will be a total of $50. Only one account is allowed per household.

How many seats can I buy for the 2023 season?

After you place your deposit, you will have the ability to request up to a maximum of 8 season tickets. Please request the actual number of season tickets that you would like to purchase.

How much do season tickets cost?

Season ticket prices will be announced when the seat selection process begins. Anyone who places a deposit will receive pricing information before purchasing their season tickets.

When does the seat selection process begin?

Each seating area will have a dedicated window to select the best available seats. All deposit holders will be contacted by a ticket representative prior to selecting seats. We anticipate seat selection for Premium Seating and Suites to be in 2021. We anticipate seat selection for Reserved Seating and Supporter Sections to be in 2022.

Will the season ticket deposit be credited towards my season ticket cost?

Yes. Your deposit will be credited to your account and applied towards your 2023 season tickets.

How are deposits prioritized?

All deposits will be prioritized in the order they were placed. The sooner you place a deposit, the sooner you will be able to select your seat location.

Will there be payment plans for season tickets?

After your initial deposit, no further payment will be due until you select your seats.  We will be offering payment plan options for season tickets during seat selection.

Can I change the approximate number of seats I selected?

Yes. While we ask that you place the actual number of season tickets desired, we understand that the selection you make is an approximation. Your final number of seats will be determined when you select your seating location. If you would like to change the number of seats prior to selection, please contact [email protected]

Can I change my deposit preference from a premium seating option (like Suites, Clubs or Loge Boxes) to General Reserved and vice versa?
Yes. If you are unsure of your seating preference, it is recommended that you place a premium deposit as the premium seating (suites, loge boxes, clubs) assignments will begin prior to the General Reserved assignments. If you change your seating preference you will not lose your place in line. You will be slotted in line according to the time stamp of when you placed your deposit. If you’d like to change your selection, please contact us.
Can I transfer my deposit to someone else before selecting tickets?

No. All deposits are nontransferrable.  As a result, it is important that you place the deposit in the same account name for the person or company that will ultimately purchase the season tickets.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes. If you elect not to purchase season tickets, you can request and receive a refund of your deposit once seat locations are made available. Requests for refunds will not be processed until the seat selection process begins.

What if I already signed up for information on the MLS4THELOU or the St. Louis CITY SC website?

All previous sign-ups ensure you will receive email communication. To reserve your seats for the inaugural season, you will still need to place a deposit.

What if I require ADA seating?

ADA Seating Options will be available. Please note this information when you are first contacted by a ticket representative to accommodate your seating.

What if I only want to buy a single match ticket?

Single match tickets will go on sale in early 2023.

What type of payment options do you accept?

Credit and debit cards are the only method of payment for deposits. Cash or check payments are not permitted. 

At what age does a child need a ticket?

Children two years old and younger are free of charge if they are sharing a seat with an accompanying adult.

How do I update my contact information if it changes after I place my deposit?

Do I need to create an account to place a deposit?

No, you do not need to create an account.  An account will automatically be created for you once you place your deposit.

What if there are more season ticket seat deposits sold than seats available?

Each season ticket deposit represents a stated interest in 1-8 seats. This can result in the actual seat numbers reserved looking larger than the number of seats fans may actually purchase when they become available.

Also, not every seat in the stadium will be sold as a season ticket. A number of seats are reserved for single game sales and fans will still be able to buy individual game tickets.

If season seats sell-out, the club is looking into ways to provide benefits to all those remaining on the waitlist.  Details will be provided as they become available.

Why should I put down a season ticket deposit when so many have already been sold?

The ONLY way to purchase season tickets is by making a deposit. This deposit is 100% refundable if tickets are not available or you choose not to purchase.  There are always instances of fans who placed deposits ultimately not purchasing, or not purchasing the number of tickets they reserved.  Placing your deposit secures your place in line as tickets become available.

What order of priority will be given to fans who make deposits for season seats?

Fans who requested Supporter, General Reserved or Club Seating will be approached in the order of their deposit, per their time-stamped reservation.

Fans who placed a deposit for a stadium suite will be contacted directly by a representative from the club beginning in November of 2020.

Can I still group with my friends, if we have separate deposits?

Yes, you can still group with your friends.  Your time-stamp, however, will default to the latest person in the group. This may or may not affect your decision to group.

I placed a deposit for a premium seat (Suites, Clubs or Loge Box options). If premium seating is sold out before my time-stamp, do I get placed on the General Reserved list?

Yes, your time-stamp determines your place in line for any available seats.

I did not receive my confirmation e-mail from FEVO. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder for the e-mail from FEVO. Second, if you have your confirmation number, you are in the system and in-line.  If you did not receive email or do not have confirmation number, email the club directly at [email protected]
